Client Servicing Executive

Alchemist [Mumbai office] is looking for an experienced highly skilled advertising account manager with 2-3 years of work experience in a mainline agency with a knack for developing good customer relations, to support our client servicing team.

Responsibilities:

• Understand clients products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets
• Create campaigns and generate ideas basis the information
• Prepare reports and way-forward documents
• Work with planning and design teams to ensure efficient execution of client's brief
• Meet clients to understand their marketing objectives/needs and conceptualise solutions
• Make presentations for campaigns and launch events
• Create marketing plans and budgets for the campaign.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 2-3 years of work experience in a mainline agency [not a media, event, digital agency]
• Non-digital work experience is a must
• Brand Strategy, Planning and management
• Client Management, Servicing and account management [not accountancy]
• Creative conceptualisation and Orchestration with logical and analytical understanding
• Ability to deliver results under strict deadlines
• Meticulous eye for detail
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially powerpoint and excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Playing and Operations
