Client Servicing Executive - Weddings and Social Events

Role & responsibilities

Understand client requirements and convert creative briefs into actionable plans by coordinating with internal teams such as creative, design, presentations, and operations.

Plan, manage, and execute multiple wedding and social event projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, checklists, timelines, budgets, and progress trackers to ensure smooth execution.

Manage the complete event lifecycle, including concept development, client presentations, vendor coordination, material sourcing, production planning, logistics, and on-ground execution.

Coordinate with vendors, production partners, venues, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and memorable event experiences. Monitor event progress, proactively resolve on-site challenges, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and Excel trackers throughout the planning and execution process.

Work closely with senior team members to ensure every event reflects the company's quality standards and exceeds client expectations.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Sound understanding of event planning, project management, and on-ground execution.

Knowledge of the weddings, events, and experiential marketing industry. Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
