Job Summary:

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in client coordination and a good understanding of SEO. The candidate will manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of SEO activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication, follow-ups, and regular updates.
• Coordinate with SEO, content, and digital marketing teams.
• Understand SEO basics, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and organic traffic.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback.
• Prepare client reports and assist with performance reviews.
• Ensure smooth execution of client requirements and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
