Client Servicing - Brand Executive
Job brief
We are seeking a client-focused and strategic Brand Executive to lead branding initiatives across diverse industries, including healthcare, real estate, education, retail, FMCG, fashion and e-commerce.
In this role, you will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to develop impactful brand campaigns.
Strong client relationship management skills and expertise in data-driven storytelling and PowerPoint presentations are essential.
Your focus will be on delivering innovative, insight-driven campaigns that align with client goals and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research Analysis - Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, consumer behaviour and competitors to identify market opportunities
2. Brand Strategy Support - Assist in developing and executing brand strategies tailored to client objectives
3. Day to Day requirements of the clients
4. Campaign Collaboration - Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
5. Performance Tracking - Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics
6. Presentation Reporting - Develop clear, data-driven brand reports and presentations for internal and client meetings
7. Consumer Insights - Assist in organizing surveys, focus groups, and research initiatives to gather valuable consumer insights
8. Industry Awareness - Stay updated on advertising trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness
Preferred Skills:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a brand analyst, marketing research, or related role within an advertising agency.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
3. Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, market research platforms, etc.).
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to internal teams and clients.
5. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies Familiarity with advertising and branding strategies, especially within the agency environment.
7. Experience in the advertising industry with a diverse client portfolio.
8. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, WhatsApp marketing and social media marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in branding, marketing research, or client servicing within an advertising agency.
3. Proficiency in market research, data analysis, presentation tools (Canva, PowerPoint) and digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
