Client Servicing Associate

You will be the person each client speaks to. You keep work moving between the client and the delivery team in our Nagarbhavi office, and manage expectations honestly along the way. If something agreed on a call goes quiet, you are the one who chases it down.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship: regular check-ins, monthly reviews and the awkward conversations too
• Turn what a client asks for into a brief the team can act on
• Chase delivery internally so the client does not have to
• Notice when a client needs something more, and say so
• Sit in on senior calls in your first weeks, then run your own once you have the rhythm

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in account management, client servicing or customer success
• Calm under a complaint, and clear in writing
• Organised enough to hold ten clients in your head, with a system for the rest
