Client Servicing/ Account management-Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
  
• Handle and resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner
  
• Manage day-to-day client servicing and support activities
  
• Monitor and respond to social media queries and interactions
  
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
  
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Preferred candidate experience

• 1+ years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or client-facing roles
  
• Strong skills in client handling and escalation management
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Experience managing or responding to social media queries
  
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking abilities
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Background in Customer Support / Client Support / Client Servicing
  
• Experience in fast-paced industries like logistics, e-commerce, or operations is a plus
  
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, dynamic environment
