Client Services L1-Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to clients on Bloomberg terminals, ensuring seamless execution of trades and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex problems related to electronic trading systems, including fix protocol errors.
• Develop and maintain documentation for client-facing materials, such as user guides and training manuals.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support during critical system maintenance periods.

Job Requirements :

• 1-9 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations (e.g., FIX Protocol).
• Proficiency in Python programming language and SQL database management systems.
• Experience working with Bloomberg terminals or similar electronic trading platforms.
