Client Service Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Building strong, long-term partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts. Serve as the main bridge for daily client inquiries, feedback, and expectations.
• Address client concerns promptly, empathetically, manage service delays transparently, and escalate roadblocks early.
• Ensuring services are delivered on time and meet quality standards, including monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and developing retention strategies to reduce churn.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are communicated and met.
• Preparing regular performance reports for management and conducting surveys to gather client feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or handling corporate B2B environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• High problem-solving capacity, organization, multi-tasking under tight deadlines, and emotional intelligence.
