Client Service Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Building strong, long-term partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts.
• Ensuring services are delivered on time and meet quality standards, including monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
• Resolving complex client complaints or issues promptly and empathetically.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and developing retention strategies to reduce churn.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are communicated and met.
• Preparing regular performance reports for management and conducting surveys to gather client feedback

Preferred candidate profile

Graduated professional with relevant experience of 4+ years into Insurance TPA is preferred.
