Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the furniture or interior design industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of furniture and interior design concepts, strong MS Excel knowledge, and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D design.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, communicating design updates, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, design expectations, and project specifications.
• Communicate with clients regarding project progress, design updates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the internal design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are understood and addressed.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, quotations, and project-related documentation.
• Maintain client records, project trackers, reports, and follow-up schedules using MS Excel.
• Understand furniture layouts, interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and technical specifications to communicate effectively with clients.
• Review and explain 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D design concepts to clients.
• Use AutoCAD for basic 2D drawings and make design-related revisions as required.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up with clients for design approvals, feedback, pending information, and other project requirements.
• Ensure all client communications, requirements, and changes are properly documented and shared with the relevant internal teams.
• Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction through timely communication, attention to detail, and effective follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
• Good understanding of furniture, interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and design specifications.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D design.
• Strong command of MS Excel, including formulas, data tracking, reporting, and maintaining project records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-handling, follow-up, and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts or projects.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings, furniture layouts, and interior design plans.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other interior design software will be an added advantage.

• Graduate or diploma holder in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Presentable, confident, and professional in dealing with clients.
