We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Servicing Executive to manage client communication and coordinate projects between clients and our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and prepare clear creative briefs
• Coordinate with design, content, digital and development teams
• Manage timelines, approvals and project deliverables
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle meetings, presentations, reports and follow-ups
• Support social media and advertising campaigns

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in an advertising or digital agency
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of branding, design and digital marketing
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Proactive, organised and solution-oriented approach
