About the Role

A leading digital marketing agency specializing in digital advertising, performance marketing, communication design, SEO, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns is looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate digital marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely campaign delivery.
• Handle multiple client accounts and follow up on deliverables.
• Have a good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare performance reports and regular client updates.
• Maintain task trackers, meeting notes, and project documentation.
• Address client queries and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of performance marketing and SEO.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1.63 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or account management.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
