The Client Services Associate will serve as an important point of contact for clients and prospective clients, helping them navigate the firm's services and ensuring that inquiries, documentation, appointments, payments, and follow-ups are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and prospective clients in English by telephone, email, and other approved communication channels.
Review client-provided information and documents for completeness and accuracy and follow up when additional information is required.
Coordinate with attorneys and other internal teams to facilitate timely resolution of client inquiries and requests.
Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments and related client communications.
Handle confidential client information with appropriate discretion and care.
