Client Relationship Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions with customers.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective voice processing (inbound).
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotational) including weekends & holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry operations.
