Job Opportunity: Client Relationship Officer-Voice Process

Position Details

• Role: Client Relationship Officer (Voice Process)

Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Shift Timings: Night Shifts

Experience: 0–3 years (Fresher’s with excellent communication skills can apply)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding ongoing requests, service updates, and feedback.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.
• Handle customer objections, complaints, and escalations professionally while ensuring prompt resolution.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and contribute to client retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, communications, and activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare daily activity reports and complete assigned tasks as directed by the Reporting Manager.
• Stay updated on company services, processes, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 0–3 years in Customer Support / Client Servicing / Sales (BPO/KPO experience preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English, clear accent, pleasant tone, and active listening skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts.
