Role Summary

As a CRO, you will source customers, explain loan products, support the loan approval process, and maintain strong customer relationships at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and meet potential MSME customers in the assigned area. 
• Explain products, procedures, and benefits, addressing customer queries. 
• Collect and verify documents; coordinate with branch teams for sanctions. 
• Support property inspection, valuation, and legal verification when required. 
• Ensure timely customer repayments and assist in collections.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues. 

Who Can Apply

• Minimum qualification: Graduate or above. 
• Freshers welcome; up to 1 year experience in banking/NBFC is an added advantage.
