Job Summary

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, maintaining professional communication, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that client requirements are handled accurately and on time.

This role requires strong ownership, responsiveness, professional judgment, and the ability to manage expectations, feedback, deliverables, and account-related concerns in a structured manner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, priorities, expectations, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with PR, media, social media, creative, content, influencer, celebrity management, and other relevant teams.
• Track approvals, deadlines, pending actions, and client feedback.
• Conduct client meetings and provide clear progress updates.
• Handle concerns and escalations professionally.
• Maintain proper records of discussions, commitments, approvals, and follow-ups.
• Support client retention and account growth through consistent relationship management.
• Prepare account reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Take responsibility for the communication and coordination of assigned accounts.

• Professional Knowledge: Practical understanding of client communication, reporting, coordination, and relationship management.

Experience

3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in client relationship management, account servicing, PR, media, advertising, communications, or a related client-facing function.
