Client Relationship Manager - Mutual Funds

Job Title: Relationship Manager (Mutual Funds)

Location: Lucknow (Candidates residing in Lucknow or nearby areas are preferred)

Experience: 0-6 months (Internship/job Experience Preferred)

Candidates with basic financial knowledge and a B.Com background are preferred

Key Responsibilities:·

• Schedule, attend, and document client meetings (mostly offline) with MoM and follow-ups.
• Manage client onboarding, KYC, transactions, and compliance documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial goals.
• Re-engage inactive clients and encourage fresh/increased investments.
• Ensure timely service delivery, trust-building, and long-term client retention.
• Coordinate with the team and management for the smooth execution of client requests.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on client interactions.
• Generate leads, referrals, and identify business growth opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to simplify and explain financial concepts
• Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and tax-saving schemes (preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, and video platforms
• Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
