Client Relationship Manager - Life Insurance Sales

THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Insurance / Banking sales experience will be preferred.

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies - Client Relationship Manager (Life Insurance Sales) in Chandigarh (Sector 34). 4 open positions.

Role: Meet warm leads shared daily by the tele-calling team (bank phone-banking channel) and convert them into life insurance policies. No cold calling - 3 to 4 fixed customer meetings every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet 3-4 warm leads per day at the customer's home / office

• Explain life insurance plans and close the sale

• Work closely with the tele-calling team to maximise lead conversion

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Must Haves:

• Graduate and above (any stream)

• Minimum 2 years of FIELD SALES experience - Life Insurance sales experience strongly preferred

• Good communication in Hindi and English

• Own two-wheeler

• Local Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula candidates preferred

Salary: Rs 4,00,000 - 5,50,000 per annum + attractive incentives
