Role Description

The Client Relationship Manager – Digital Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and nurturing long-term client relationships. This role includes acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning digital marketing strategies to meet those goals. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with internal SEO, PPC, social media, and content teams, overseeing campaign delivery, and ensuring timely communication and reporting. The Client Relationship Manager will review performance metrics, prepare presentations, and recommend optimizations to improve campaign outcomes and client satisfaction. The role also involves handling client feedback, resolving issues proactively, and identifying opportunities to expand services and drive account growth.

Qualifications

• Client management and communication skills, including stakeholder management, relationship building, and professional written and verbal communication.
• Digital marketing knowledge across SEO, PPC, social media, and inbound marketing, with the ability to interpret and explain campaign strategies and results.
• Analytical and reporting skills, such as using marketing analytics tools, preparing performance reports, and drawing actionable insights from data.
• Project coordination and organizational skills, including task prioritization, time management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities, with a focus on service-oriented thinking and maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in client-facing digital marketing roles.
• Experience working with international clients or in an agency environment is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with remote work tools and a reliable work setup to support effective collaboration in a fully remote environment.
