Client Relationship Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle client calls, emails, and chat-based communication professionally
• Understand client requirements and provide accurate information or support
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering timely updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Support daily operational activities as part of the client relations team
