Job Title: Client Relationship Executive / Client Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive / Client Coordinator to manage client communication and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams for interior design, modular kitchen, and modular furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, timelines, requirements, and queries.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, designers, project teams, and the accounts team.
• Ensure timely sharing of project updates and information with clients.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure client requirements are addressed on time.
• Maintain proper records of client communication, updates, and project-related information.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of projects and a positive client experience.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-handling and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and basic MS Office tools.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage multiple projects.
• Prior knowledge or experience in interior design, modular kitchens, modular furniture, or related projects will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in client coordination, customer relations, or project coordination are preferred.
