Role & responsibilities :-
- Develop deep understanding of clients career journey, strengths, target roles and industries
- Identify relevant job opportunities aligned with clients career goals
- Execute daily job search activities including applications, tracking, follow ups and opportunity mapping
- Drive outreach and communication on behalf of clients with recruiters, hiring managers and industry professionals
- Ensure strong traction in terms of interview calls and meaningful conversations.
- Provide end to end job search coordination and progress tracking
