Client Relations Specialist

Role Description
The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a professional experience at every touchpoint. This full-time, on-site role in Patna involves coordinating client meetings, responding to inquiries, collecting and organizing client information, and supporting the legal team with client-facing documentation. The role includes monitoring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and helping clients understand case progress and next steps in a respectful, accessible manner. The specialist will also assist in maintaining accurate records of client communications and contribute to process improvements that enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations abilities to build trust and maintain long-term client engagement.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills that enable clear, concise, and professional interaction in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and follow-through on client needs.
• Relevant experience in a legal, professional services, or client-facing environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Patna, manage multiple client cases simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office software and client record-keeping tools.
• Educational background in law, business, communications, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required.
