Client Platform Delivery Senior Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Subject matter expert for Real Estate Fund Administration (FA), Real Estate Technology, and Fund Implementations.
• Consistent involvement with troubleshooting and resolving business users requests in Yardi.
• Thorough understanding of deal requirements in Real Estate Fund Administration for successful fund implementation, including leading scoping exercises with internal accounting teams for new entity setup.
• Work with Real Estate accounting team to ensure best practices are utilized across all of Fund Administration. 
• Leverage accounting experience to support and optimize financial processes.
• Supervise and mentor an Analyst, as well as train new employees and managing their workload.
• Work with leadership to review, suggest, and implement process improvements to ensure compliance adherence across Real Estate accounting group. 
• Coordination of Yardi system configuration information with Tech team.
• Coordination of data testing and validation for funds being implemented/migrated
• Coordination of custom reporting setup
• Ability to test solutions in a sandbox environment before deploying to Production.
• Ability to manage the full Project Management Lifecycle for new Yardi features and solutions, from Scoping to Launch.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Information Technology literate, proficient in Yardi (Investment Management a plus), and strong Excel skills
• Strong understanding of different types of investments
• Broad market knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to navigate unexpected challenges
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
• 5 years in fintech, financial services, real estate, finance, or accounting
• Demonstrate the AD Values
• Bachelors degree in accounting (or related field) 
• Knowledge of current industry standards (ex: ILPA reporting, return calculation methodology, performance modeling, etc.) a plus
