About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated *Client Onboarding Executive* to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience and be fluent in English communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client onboarding and guide clients through the onboarding process.
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients through calls and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM/MIS regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful client onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum *1 year of sales experience*.
- *Fluent English communication* is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
