Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for multiple clients across channels such as Email, SMS, web banners, push notifications, etc. Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, product, sales) to ensure timely campaign deployment.
• Ensure campaign assets, creatives, tracking links, and messaging meet client expectations and platform guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and optimize for lead generation, conversion rates (CVR), engagement, and ROI.
• Analyze user behaviour and identify opportunities for better segmentation, targeting, and retention.
• Use data insights to recommend improvements to clients and internal teams.
