We are a small business that provides subscription-based graphic design services. Our clients include solo entrepreneurs, startups, small business owners, bloggers, and marketing agencies from all over the world.
As a Client Manager at Digifloat, you ll be working with a team of talented designers who believe in supporting and inspiring each other. It s a fully remote job opportunity with greater flexibility and work-life balance.

While working in this position, you ll be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:
- Onboard new clients & assist them during project submission
- Act as a point of contact for clients feedback & questions
- Oversee all design & content projects, from delegation to delivery
- Prepare weekly KPI reports of tasks for senior management
- Maintain high standards of quality for all projects
- Create & update our standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ensure clear and consistent internal & external communication
- Work with project management tools like Trello
Your compensation would be based on your knowledge and skills.
The basic requirements for this position include:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Client Manager or a similar role
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Bonus: Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- A high-processor laptop or desktop computer
- High-speed internet connection
