About this role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Implementation Legislation Analyst based in the United States.
This role supports the successful implementation of complex healthcare benefit programs across major client segments. You will help ensure that medical, dental, and vision plans are accurately configured and compliant with applicable legislative requirements. The position combines document review, systems analysis, compliance expertise, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with implementation managers and downstream partners to identify risks and prevent issues that could delay client launches. The role offers an opportunity to become a subject matter expert in healthcare legislation and support projects with broad operational impact. Success requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. This is a full-time remote position within the United States, offering a structured environment with opportunities to contribute to complex healthcare implementations.
Accountabilities:: Conduct ePro and CIT reviews to verify that applicable legislative requirements have been accurately incorporated into client implementations.
Create ET variations within ePro relating to pharmacy benefits and eligibility requirements.
Support implementation managers by providing guidance on plan design, plan interpretation, administration, and legislative considerations.
Develop Benefits & Compliance (B&C) legislation reports for downstream partners and ensure they are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Serve as a legislation subject matter expert for downstream partners and offshore legislation teams, providing guidance and resolving questions as needed.
Provide legislative leadership and support for implementation projects, helping teams understand and address compliance requirements.
Identify, document, and communicate issues that could create delays or risks during client implementation.
Maintain legislation reports and supporting documentation in accordance with established document-storage and quality processes.
Participate in end-to-end audits to identify discrepancies and potential disconnections within claims systems.
Maintain departmental quality and performance standards while managing multiple priorities and client expectations.
Collaborate with matrixed teams and internal partners to investigate issues, develop practical solutions, and support successful implementation outcomes.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of experience with healthcare administrative capabilities, preferably including benefits, eligibility, identification cards, or customer service operations.
At least 2 years of experience working with matrixed partner relationships and resolving complex issues collaboratively.
At least 2 years of experience working with multiple software and system-based applications, including databases and spreadsheets, preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Knowledge of healthcare legislation and compliance requirements is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify discrepancies, assess their impact, and determine appropriate solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across different organizational levels and functions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage competing priorities, divergent requirements, and client expectations while working toward mutually acceptable solutions.
Comfortable working in a remote environment and maintaining reliable internet connectivity through cable broadband or fiber service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
