Role: Client Handling Support – German Market

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Client Handling Support professional who will be responsible for managing client queries, concerns, and escalations for our Germany market.

The role requires someone who can communicate confidently in German, understand client requirements, and effectively coordinate and resolve escalations while working from India.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations for the German market.

* Communicate with clients professionally in German

* Understand client requirements and provide timely and appropriate resolutions.

* Manage client escalations and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

* Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the support journey.

* Maintain clear records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

* Follow up with clients to ensure concerns are resolved within defined timelines.

* Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve complex client issues.

Requirements

* German language proficiency – C1 level (certification mandatory).

* Prior experience in Client Support / Customer Support / Client Handling / Customer Success.

* Experience handling client escalations and complaints is preferred.

* Strong understanding of professional client communication and relationship management.

* Good command of English.

* Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and support clients across the German market.

Who Are We Looking For?

Someone who is confident in German communication, has hands-on experience in client handling/support, and understands how to manage and resolve client escalations professionally.
