Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Client Growth Partner to drive B2B business development through outbound sales, prospecting, and client acquisition. The role involves identifying potential clients, engaging decision-makers, understanding business needs, and converting prospects into revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target companies and potential clients across industries and geographies.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
• Research companies, business priorities, and key decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand client requirements.
• Promote market research, business intelligence, and advisory solutions through consultative selling.
• Prepare proposals, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client relationships.
• Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity records in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Achieve targets related to qualified leads, meetings, pipeline generation, and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or consultative selling.
• Hands-on experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and email or LinkedIn outreach.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify business opportunities.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and ownership skills.

Preferred Experience: Market research, consulting, SaaS, business intelligence, data analytics, financial services, or enterprise sales.
