Own client relationships across the engagement lifecycle. Translate client priorities into research and strategy briefs, oversee delivery quality, and represent Cap7tara externally.
You will own end-to-end client relationships, from initial business development through engagement delivery and account growth.

You will identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships and lead business development activities with prospective clients.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of client-facing experience in strategy consulting, market research, or related fields, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a partnership track for the right candidate.
