Client Engagement Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• The Client Engagement Lead acts as the primary point of contact to nurture client relationships, understand needs, ensure high satisfaction, and promptly resolve any issues.
• They develop and implement strategic plans and engagement initiatives to achieve business objectives and drive account growth.
• They collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to oversee project timelines, manage resources, and deliver effective client solutions.
• They identify new business development opportunities with existing clients while exploring strategies for acquiring new accounts.
• They track performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
