Job Summary: The Client Coordination & MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients, coordinating day-to-day operational activities, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring timely delivery of accurate information. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational updates and service requests.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client queries and issues.
• Follow up with clients for pending information, documentation, and approvals.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing timely updates and support.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with accuracy and within defined timelines.
• Maintain client records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Draft professional emails correspondence in English.
• Conduct client interactions with confidence and professionalism.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
