About the Role

We are looking for Client Advisors to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales,understanding customer requirements, guiding customers through NoBrokers products and services, and converting leads into successful customers.The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, follow-up, and negotiation skills, along with a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their property requirements.
• Guide customers on NoBrokers plans, products, and value-added services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, follow-ups, and local market opportunities.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations and clearly explain pricing and benefits.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations effectively.
• Convert leads into customers and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for premium plans and additional services.
• Maintain accurate customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Track daily sales performance, pipeline status, and achievement against targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay updated on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Freshers can apply.
• Education: Any Graduation.
• Age: Up to 30 years.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.• Self-motivated, persistent, and result-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
