Client Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new client acquisition and building new relationships with clients to procure new job requirements for our participants

• Will be responsible for primarily scouting for Entrepreneurs / Corporates who are willing to hire our students

• Mandatory experience in sourcing clients using job portals, LinkedIn, social media and search engine strategies

• Schedule interviews with clients, collect performance feedback

• Coordinate with the Placement Coordinators and ensure placements are done for students suitable to the client’s requirements

• Regularly update all activities in the portal

• Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis

• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required

• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills

• Should have good existing client relationships in the market

• Should be a self-starter, proactive, and target-oriented

• Should possess strong networking and relationship-building skills
