About this role
We are hiring experienced sales professionals to drive our domestic C2H and Permanent Staffing operations.
1. Business Development Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (5-day Onsite)
Experience: 5-10 Years (Agency/Consulting background mandatory)
Role: Drive C2H and direct-hire sales across Engineering & Pharma verticals. Lead client acquisition, commercial negotiations, and delivery alignment.
2. Freelance BDM Domestic Staffing
Location: Remote / Flexible
Role: Acquire new Indian corporate clients for C2H and Permanent staffing mandates using your existing network and independent prospecting.
