Client Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to join our IT recruitment team. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our clients and our recruitment team, ensuring smooth communication, compliance with client standards, and an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You'll manage the full lifecycle of client requisitions from job assignment through to contractor onboarding while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and internal recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

Requisition Management

• Assign new job requisitions to appropriate team members
• Draft and distribute job description emails to the recruitment team
• Maintain and update the company ATS/database (e.g., JobDiva) with assigned recruiters and relevant search terms

Resume Review & Submission

• Review candidate resumes and provide feedback on gaps, required updates, and compliance with client requirements
• Submit qualified candidates through the appropriate VMS platform (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline)
• Stay current on client and market trends to guide recruiter strategy

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between recruiters and clients
• Address client inquiries regarding new requisitions, interview follow-ups, rejections, and shortlists
• Conduct client audits to ensure ongoing compliance with client standards
• Coordinate interview scheduling and relay feedback between clients and candidates

Conference Calls & Meetings

• Notify recruiters in advance of scheduled client calls and collect any relevant questions
• Review and contribute to the call agenda
• Take minutes during calls and distribute summaries to the recruitment team

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate reference checks and security/background checks for contractors
• Verify all required documentation prior to onboarding
• Manage offboarding processes in compliance with client requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or account management (agency experience preferred)
• Familiarity with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass and Beeline
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., JobDiva) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and requisitions simultaneously
• Comfortable liaising between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
