Role - Account Manager Advertising Agency

Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate with creative teams, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects from brief to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.

- Understand client requirements and brief/debrief creative, design, copy and other internal teams.

- Work closely with creative teams to develop campaigns, communication, and brand solutions.

- Manage multiple projects and ensure timelines, deliverables, and deadlines are met.

- Lead client presentations and confidently present creative concepts and campaigns.

- Participate in new business pitches, including developing pitch narratives and presentations.

- Coordinate and manage creative team bandwidth, priorities, and deliverables.

- Manage client feedback and ensure accurate and timely implementation.

- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for further business.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in an advertising, creative, digital, or branding agency.
