About this role
We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to lead our Client Account Management team in India, focusing on GCC client relationships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, business development, and industry expertise.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through effective client relationship management.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding services offered.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in client account management, business development, or a related field, preferably in the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry, including current trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Experience working with international clients or companies is an added advantage.
