About this role
Climaire HVAC Engineering is looking for an experienced Cleanroom HVAC / MEP Design Engineer on a Contract basis to support our cleanroom, laboratory, healthcare, research and controlled-environment projects.
Key Responsibilities- Cleanroom HVAC design and engineering
- Heat-load and cooling-load calculations
- Air-change and airflow calculations
- Room pressure and pressure cascade design
- AHU, FCU, FFU and HEPA filtration systems
- Temperature and humidity control
- Fresh-air and exhaust systems
- Ducting and HVAC piping design
- Cleanroom zoning and HVAC layouts
- HVAC equipment selection
- AutoCAD / Revit MEP drawings
- MEP coordination and clash resolution
- BOQ and quantity take-offs
- Equipment schedules and technical documentation
- Shop drawings and as-built drawings
- 3+ years of relevant HVAC/MEP design experience
- Hands-on experience with cleanroom or controlled-environment projects
- Strong understanding of cleanroom HVAC principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Revit MEP experience is an advantage
- Ability to independently prepare HVAC designs and drawings
- Laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare or research-facility experience preferred
- UAE/Gulf project experience is an advantage
