About this role
JOB LOCATION: BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA
We are specifically looking for candidates from Balangir, Mayurbhanj, Kalahandi and Ganjam districts who are willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar for this position.
We are looking for hardworking, responsible and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Cleaning / Home Service Executives in Bhubaneswar.
The selected candidate will visit customers homes, apartments, hotels and other assigned locations to provide professional cleaning and housekeeping services.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit assigned customer locations and perform cleaning services.
* Perform regular and deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors and other areas.
* Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service quality.
* Travel to different customer locations as assigned.
* Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
* Understand customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
* Follow company safety, hygiene and service standards.

Candidate Profile
* Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
* Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, home cleaning or facility management is an advantage.
* Must be hardworking, punctual and responsible.
* Must be comfortable performing physical cleaning work.
* Must be comfortable travelling to customer locations.
* Must be comfortable interacting directly with customers.
* Candidates from other districts of Odisha who are willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar are encouraged to apply.
