Role & responsibilities

• Managing claims Audit team to meet the SLAs as per Insurers.
• Consistently maintaining agreed TATs and allocation of claims and alignment of manpower accordingly
• Monitoring the quality in all the processes of billing.
• Tracking of outstanding claims under billing.
• Handling escalations from all stakeholders for Billing and resolving them.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience in TPA.

Preferably male who can travel whenever required.
