Key Responsibilities

• Review and process insurance claims accurately as per standard operating procedures.
• Verify claim documents and ensure all required information is complete.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain high levels of quality and productivity.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only 2025 or 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, BBM, etc.).
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
