Role & responsibilities

• Understanding the terms and conditions of the Health Insurance policies.
• Tabulating the bills in the core application as per the terms and conditions of the health insurance policies.
• Reach the daily targets set by the company.
• Maintaining the 99% accuracy for the tabulation done for the claims.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any stream with 1+ years in insurance billing/processing.
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict effectively.
• Strong multitasking capabilities, problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in project management tools.
