Position: Claims Management Processor

Experience: Freshers

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: Night Shift (Both side cab will be provided)

Salary - 21000 CTC/ 16000 in hand
Location: Airoli Knowledge Park-TTC Industrial Area, Villages Airoli and Dighe, Navi Mumbai Pin-400708

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end insurance claims processing services.
• Review, analyze, and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and implement business solutions to improve claims processes
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
  

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Comfortable working from the office.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates from any discipline except B.Sc. IT and Engineering backgrounds.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
