Payroll: JoulestoWatts (J2W)
Location: Hyderabad
Role: Claims Processor Non-Voice
Shift: 5:45 PM - 3:30 AM
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: 20,000/month CTC + Incentives
Approx. In-Hand: 15,000/month after applicable PF deduction
Transport: Two-way cab within 30 km

Job Description

The role involves processing healthcare claims through internal platforms and reviewing documents such as invoices, expense reports, recurring premium claims, and supporting documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Process healthcare claims accurately through internal systems.
• Review and verify claim-related documents.
• Enter and update claim information accurately.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and SLA requirements.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
• 6 months of project duration
