Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Claims Processor -TL,Sr.Executive,Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing insurance or trade promotion claims while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process insurance/trade promotion claims along with supporting documents.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and eligibility of claim information.
• Ensure claims are processed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Enter, update, and maintain claim information in the claims management system.
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up with customers or internal teams for additional information.
• Communicate claim status and resolution updates to claimants and stakeholders.
• Process claim approvals, denials, or escalations based on established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim-related activities.
• Achieve daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
• Identify and report suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 14 years of experience in insurance claims processing, trade promotion claims, or a similar operations/administrative role.
• Freshers with relevant educational background and strong analytical skills may also apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and claims management systems is preferred.
