Job Description

We are hiring Claims Processors for a non-voice healthcare claims process. The role involves reviewing healthcare claims and supporting documents, verifying information, and accurately processing claims through internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Process healthcare claims through ServiceNow and internal platforms.
• Review invoices, expense reports, premium claims, and supporting documents.
• Verify and enter claim details accurately.
• Meet quality, productivity, and SLA requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow process guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim-related issues.
