Job Summary:

The Engineer – Civil & Structure (Tower) is responsible for executing, monitoring and supporting civil and structural works for assigned tower(s), ensuring construction is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Monitoring

• Execute RCC, structural and associated civil works for tower construction in line with approved drawings and execution plans.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure progress as per construction schedules and milestones.

1. Drawing Implementation & Technical Support

• Study and interpret structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS) and construction details.
• Assist in setting out, level marking and resolving site-level technical issues.

1. Quality Control & Compliance

• Implement quality control procedures, inspections and checklists for structural works.
• Ensure compliance with approved specifications, testing requirements and structural safety standards.

1. Coordination & Interface Management

• Coordinate with MEP, shuttering, reinforcement and finishing teams to avoid clashes and rework.
• Support readiness of tower structures for subsequent trades and finishing activities.

1. Safety, Documentation & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to site safety norms and safe working practices at tower sites.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records and support snag closure and handover activities.
